i wrote some lines of code today.

its now (when i release it) possible to disable ctcp commands, without deleting them.

to that wish with the default command, its not easy to provide that feature because you must have the possibility to set the commands listet when ppl write you unrecognized ctcp commands. for example when i share a file with ctcp i wouldnt like to share it with everybody.
so to overcome this problem, all ppl should use the >!default command to tell ppl what is available.

Is it possible to create different groups? For example, creating a group called "NNN members" in order to add NNN members to that group and they'd appear when they'd come online. Like the Buddylist.
